Job Responsibilities

As a clerk/administrator, your tasks will primarily be directed towards the rehabilitation reception.

You will mainly work with:

• orders
• pool operations and being available for questions regarding pool operation
• contacts with patients/residents
• schedules and guidelines
• being the contact person and keeping daily track of patient safety in the pool

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education. Experience working in primary care is an advantage. If you have previous experience as a clerk/administrator, we also consider that an advantage. You enjoy working in this type of role and meeting many different people. The position requires good computer skills and digital competence. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

You are a cheerful and service-oriented person who finds it rewarding and stimulating to meet people and have the opportunity to learn new things. To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to be able to organize and structure your work effectively. You are communicative, have good social skills, teamwork ability, and are confident in making decisions. We also expect you to be meticulous and have a strong commitment to your work. Personal suitability will be given great importance.
